stylechasers @ccopley3 Hi Cindy. The 40" bust on size 6 may not give the desired loose fit. You can measure around the largest area of your bust with bra on to confirm. It may be close to a month before size 8 comes in. I will let you know when it does if you believe it might work better. This blouse does not run small, so there is no need to order up if the 40"'around seems sufficient. It's super cute! Nice to hear from you again. I hope you are doing well!

The bust measurements on the comments posted in May should be helpful. Do you have a cloth tape measure? If you can measure around the largest part of your chest with your bra on, and select a top that is a bit larger, this will help assure the best fit...

stylechasers @teriberi54 Hi Teri. My bust size is 44" around. I would recommend Size 12. It fits me perfectly, and yet there is plenty of room for the extra inch plus a bit more. I love it! I have 5 of this size in stock, and I've decided to steal this one out of my inventory and keep it for myself. Very pretty and comfortable. As the bust size on Size 14 measures only 1 inch larger than Size 12, and your bust measurement is 1 inch larger than mine, Size 14 very well may fit you like Size 12 fits me. I could go with either 12 or 14. I believe you could too. If you want to play it safe, Size 14 may be the best way to go.

stylechasers @lesajones30 Hi Leslee. The straps are adjustable, so the length can vary. I measured in the front on the top where the strap starts to the bottom at 21". Bust measurements can be found on the May 13th comment under the listing. You really could probably go with either size 8 or 10 and be happy If you can measure around the largest part of your chest with your bra on, the measurements may help you decide. Thank you. 💗💕

If you wear dark colors under it, there is a possibility that it might show through, yet lighter colors most definitely will not.
