posh_n_class Good morning! Another question for you. :) How do you bundle for a buyer? I have someone who sent me 2 separate offers and I want to be able to offer her the 1x shipping fee and my bundle discount.

elevens @brunellegirl Usually they would put it in a bundle, but she may not know how. Did she offer or buy? If she offered for both, you can make a new bundle listing for her. Nothing fancy, just a picture and description. Or you can ask her to bundle them. Either way would work.

elevens @brunellegirl Did you accept her offer? If you did, do you want to give her a bundle discount too? Keep in mind, if the items weigh more than 5 lbs, you will have to pay the additional shipping charge. Do it through the post office, it is usually less than going through Posh.

posh_n_class @elevens so she offered in both. The items are light so I don't think they would equal 5lbs. We'd have to start the offer process over? I don't want to lose the buyer do to confusion or complication

elevens @brunellegirl You can make the new listing with both items at the agreed upon price and she would buy it, instead of starting the offering process over. Just tag her on the new listing and let her know 1 shipping cost. That would probably be the easiest. If she just offered and didn't buy, she might not buy the bundled listing you make and you could just delete it.

elevens @brunellegirl I hope that helps. I don't know of any other way. The only way I know are: you make a bundle listing or ask her to bundle them. That happened to someone a few days ago, but the person purchased three items without bundleing..... Your closet looks amazing!!!!!

posh_n_class @elevens thank you so much! I really appreciate the complement and your assistance with the technical side! So the person proceeded with 3 separate purchases? That's ok, I'm guessing, but the buyer loses out with all those shipping fees.

elevens @brunellegirl 🖐🖐🖐 on the great sale!!!!! Unfortunately, yes. But do ship all items separately with the labels provided by Posh. If you don't, it will not show it was shipped and the buyer can then open a claim saying she never received the items. It has happened before, so protect yourself.

posh_n_class Hi! I Hope you are doing well! I have another question for you! So I just had someone purchase an item and when I tried to go to their page to tell them that I will ship tomorrow, a pop up saying "user not found" displayed. Have you ever encountered this before?

smizzell22 Just stopped by your closet to do some sharing and must say I love your vintage collection. I'm 39 and have a 15 y/o myself, and seeing some of the things coming back from my childhood makes me wish I'd held on to them for her...or for Posh 😂😂. Maybe I should dig through my parents' storage--I honestly don't remember ever getting rid of lots of things from back then and they are bad to just keep things packed away in one of their storage buildings. There is no telling what I would find.

barneysbargains @elevens By sadly neglecting the men’s closet. I’m unable to work a regular job due to issues with my hands, & I also suffer from depression & chronic fatigue syndrome, so on any given day, I may sleep 😴 round the clock & still wake up 😓 tired. I’ve made a promise to myself that this week I’m going to double the items in both closets! That’s my goal!
