rosebisou5 My younger son is Autistic. He has Classic Autism on the Spectrum. He's non-verbal and is classified as "Severely Autistic/Low Functioning." But he's every adjective in that sweet acronym. All that and more. He's my heart. I know he loves me even though I've never heard him ever say those words. I know he's a beautiful soul trapped within the confines of his sweet locked little mind and that he wishes he could come out and that he could let me in.

rosebisou5 But we have our moments when he looks me in the eye..when he leans over and gives me kisses unprompted..snuggles up to me and takes my hand..and I connect with him and I get to know him. And those moments are priceless to me. ❤️

My son was non verbal and whatnot... then I got him I to early intervention thru Sheppard Pratt Hospital.. and today is 18 just graduated from high school.. oh and he's verbal.. every Dr told me a bunch of he will never..... but he did..
