25th_elm @kbutlerbrooks so I did measurements on medium and large. This is lying flat and the item does have stretch to it. The medium bust is 14.5 inches, waist 12 and length 46 inches. The large bust 15.5 and 13 waist and 47 long. I think the medium would prob work but if you have a dress that fits well I would compare the measurements and then pick the one closest to your dress. Hope that helps.
