christinab1973 @617redsox I wish! I moved to the middle of nowhere Wisconsin in December and the closest Store is 6 hours drive to Chicago. I had read that there was a problem with the glazing on this bag I also have the IKat Noefull and it has the exact problem!! I have tried my best to keep it clean. If I can't sell it, I talked it to the Chicago or Oakbrook store when I visit family later this year!

jhoway @christinab1973 I had the same issue. It is a known defect. They offered me my $ back in store credit which was fine so I was able to purchase another item. Good luck!
