austin_gal @rochirgb hi! Yes, these are the measurements taken flat. The bust measurements are taken flat and then doubled to get the full bust measure., i.e. sz L measures 21.25" across the bust. The full length measure is taken flat as well. Thanks soo much!!💗💗
