ttlcd Hi, What’s the difference between 20,18 16? I assume it will turn what color will it be. I mean know disrespect, this is just typical of a less expensive ring. And if I wear it all the time ( which I would love to do since the ring is beautiful and I can’t afford it in real gold, how long before it’s not pretty anymore and I have to buy another one which at this price I can afford to do). I hope I haven’t offended you so that you won’t sell me a ring now. Thanks. Terri

moodtherapy @ttlcd no offense taken, a lot of people are misinformed about gold filled. Gold filled generally doesn’t turn but in piercings in my own personal experience it will tarnish but if you dip it in a silver cleaner it comes right off. (Even tho it’s gold the silver cleaner works much better)

moodtherapy @ttlcd 20 gauge is the standard thickness about the same same of an ear wire on a earring 28 gauge is slightly thicker but should still fit in a normal piercing that’s not stretched. 16 gauge is thick and is only for people with a stretched or larger hole. 20g = 0.8mm 18g = 1mm 16g = 1.2mm
