claraavila201 @vittor2010 yeah, same when I tried. Contacted the PO and they don't want to take responsibility for anything. They say they scan everything. Not true! Will resend hun. The package probably got lost 😒

claraavila201 @vittor2010 from now on will ask gor a receipt because usually they just ask to leave the packages in the side couter they scan when they feel like it. Something deff happened with your package. Uuugghh. So sorry you have to wait so long and want to thenk you for your patience. Since the packages didn't even scan I will reprint and send it. Tracking will be the same
