feelfree2016 @mayboyer I think the medium should be OK but I will measure again before I ship. This top is loose so it should Ok. I am actually a 36 so I will try it on too.

feelfree2016 @mayboyer I would go with large. Fabric has a lot of stretch but you don't want it too tight in waist which it won't be on you because of your small waist. That is my opinion.
