Cinched at waist to show off your curves. Front string is just for show, doesn't actually tighten. For reference on length, in 5 ft 4 inches and it stops just shy of 3/4 an inch from the floor, so shouldn't be any dragging on the floor. Super soft material and extremely comfortable. Can't stress that enough! No flaws excellent condition. Double strapped as shown in last photo.
