@ariesgurl1999 according to my measurements in the listing the insole length increases by 0.5 inches per size

@ariesgurl1999 actually both inside and outside increase by 1/2 inch but I trust measuring insoles more for accuracy. So if you are interested in the size 10 you should see if your own shoes measure close to 10.25 inches for the insole
