leslieap @nickelp Hi, the tightest part of the dress is just under the breast area, were the roped design is. S is 13" M is 14" L is 15". Its is definitely more flowy than form fitting.

leslieap @nickelp Across the hip is approximately 29". I am a medium myself without much shape 😳 although I feel it does fit well on me. The front split is my favorite part.
