mama_boutique @janicenco Yes both straps are adjustable, what is longer is the ruffle on the side so that can not be adjusted, but is not as noticeable

mama_boutique @janicenco No problem at all, I am not sure if they run big or small since no one has complained about the sizes. I'd say get it one size up just in case, since it's better to have it fit a little big and grow into it than small and not be able to use it for long
