Will fit XL-2x (I would not recommend these for a size above 20). I am a 2x/16/18 and these fit me very well! Inseam measures 27" (full length). Rise is 10". Elastic waistband (unstretched) measures 26" (and stretches comfortably to 40"). Extremely stretchy! 92% polyester/ 8% spandex.
