toryshop @msmeem I currently am fighting cancer/The longest I have made it cancer free is around 5 months. I get treatment at Mayo Clinic & have been doing really very well. But Sunday I felt like a truck hit me! Chills/fever ached all over! Called Drs yesterday and they have me on rest & prescribed a new medication I take 3 X's a day. I go up Aug 18 for a complete check up. I've been doing so great, then this? I think I've just been doing too much! @toryshop💞

toryshop @msmeem It is so funny about the hair! UC I was a model, and when I started I had butt length hair! On my very first job! They cut it all off!!!! My Mom about had a stroke! But I LOVED IT! Now, I just got 3 wigs! As I decided I might want a change! I just got inexpensive 2C if I like them, & if I do insurance will buy me a really nice 1 b/c of the cancer & chemo! But I LOVE short hair too! It's so cool u have it too! I knew I liked U💞 @toryshop💞

msmeem @toryshop oh my gosh !! I'm sooo sorry to hear that !! That totally and absolutely sucks!! I went thru that w/ my adopted mom , just found my real mom in May and she has cancer! They told her she only had 20 months to live but she started this new drug and it's totally gone !! They can't believe it!! It's been in remission for over a year now! I know Mayo very well unfortunately! R u in Fla??sorry I don't remember ..

I had long hair in 6th grade but that was the last time ! My bio mom & my adopted mom have tons of gorgeous locks! Oh well , ya win some ya lose some! Lol 😂 ur still a gorgeous gal !! msmeem @toryshop the medication she took was called IBRANCE, she went into remission after 14 months ! Been in remission a year this Friday ! It's for a specific type of breast cancer she also takes a anti estrogen drug .. she has the cancer that feeds on estrogen. She was on remidix for 5 yrs after her first bout and it didn't work ! This new stuff has been like a miracle for her!

The meds I'm on right now have been FDA approved but to me its worth a try! As great results in Europe! FDA is slow in as pproving new medication & I get it but sometimes it takes a little faith too! @toryshop💞

toryshop @msmeem No I actually live in Iowa and the actual Mayo actinic the first 1 /about a 2.5 hr drive! The longest stay was 2 weeks! It really gets expensive! Since a 9 to 5 is out of the question/I decided to try this! It does help! Even if I use it sometimes for my fun money/it also helps pay the bills! @toryshop💞
