I am modeling size small and am normally 36C bra size (if that helps) and normally wear size small. Yes, take a look at the length. Measurements are listed in description, and the straps are adjustable or you can wear with straps tucked under. What size does your friend normally wear? I would stick to that size. Let me know :-)
