I guess I would need an XL top but afraid an XL bottom would be way too big but seems like everyone is saying it runs small. What do u think would work? I see u tell people they can return if doesn’t fit but how would one do that? Would you have to pay shipping again or twice again to exchange & how to return if u don’t have other sizes left?
