Maxi Dress with Adjustable Straps. Size Sm/Med.

I don't remember the brand of this very pretty maxi dress. I purchased it in a boutique at the beach but the tag bugged me so I cut it out. Tag says size Med. But in my opinion, it could also fit a size Small. See bust measurement in last pic. No holes, snags, or stains. Good used condition. Spaghetti straps are adjustable. Length is approx. 50". The main color is hot pink.
