Awesome navy blue wrap skirt by Harburt! Great condition. There are belt loops to keep the wrap cord in place and add a wonderful style to this vintage piece. The wrap from end to end, not including the cord, is 45" long. This allows for varying sizes. Tag says size 18. I say it could fit a M/L.
