Good Morning and what a fast reply back! and I noticed on another listing you provided measurements but in CM's (which I don't know how to convert) I am use to like 18" across bust or whatever. Anyway to answer your ?, lol I am a 36C, 5'3" 138 lbs. and just weird, Small by nature but with a little plump-ness in the mid-section so in "normal" pieces I often wear a M but sometimes even a L.

I honestly am thinking since I don't want it "formfitting" the XXL would be fine. I don't care if it's a 4X if it fits, lol !
