glitznglamlicny @meisch1234, That is actually how all of them look. It is the look of that bag. Each bag is a little different because they are all unique but the fading is the same pretty much on all of them. I just looked at the others and they are all pretty much the same. The owl isn't visible? Little confused......

glitznglamlicny @meisch1234, it will have to go through Poshmark to change anything. It's out of my hands at this point. You can take pictures and submit them to them, then they'll request I do the same. I'm totally fine with that. They'll present your pictures to me. I'll also have to submit the pictures I took of the ordered items before they left. I'm at a loss but truly sorry you don't like your item. It's honestly the first complaint I've had with any of these products.

As I told you before, I truly want all my customers to be happy and I strive to achieve that goal, but we both have to abide by their policies. As for the bag, they all look basically the same on this end, and have that unique look to them, that's part of their charm.

This came out of my pocket which is why I ask you to do it correctly but since you didn't do that, I did this to help you. This is an on our own deal now, which I will never do again but wanted to make it right for you. I took you at your word on shipping back. Thanks!
