These are literally brand new. I wore them only once a long time ago when I could actually fit jeans. Theres littles stretch in the waist, so I recommend this for people between 26-27. Inseam = 28'', Outer seam = 36'', waist = 15''. Made of 98% Cotton and 2% Polyurethane.
