victoriyaaa @layla502 so sorry about that! The one I kept for myself is holding up well after several wears, but I will take note of this and maybe change my supplier if anyone else has this problem too. I would usually offer to do an exchange and give you a new one but recently Poshmark alerted me that "transactions off of Poshmark" are against their policy. I was offering exchanges through my boutique website since Poshmark says that all sales are final 😕

victoriyaaa @layla502 I'm not even allowed to post my shop email because it's considered "advertising other platforms" but usually what I would do is allow people to email my shop and solve the issue there

victoriyaaa @layla502 yeah I agree, I think they should implement an exchange system for people with boutiques who are willing to do exchanges with buyers, because I would if it wasn't against posh rules
