aprilgrainger @kaseyrod21 my daughter wore it as a 00 and as a 0/2. So I’d say a 2 can wear it but a small 2. Her measurements bust 33.5 waist 25.5 hips 36.5

aprilgrainger @kaseyrod21 it fits between a 0-2, also worn as a 00 ... it just sits lower on her waist as a 00. It was custom made so it’s not a “true” size.
