Nasty Gal blue velvet mini dress, XS and S

New unworn blue velvet mini dress from Nasty Gal available in both XS and S — I bought two sizes and neither one worked out! These were purchased from Nasty Gal in 2013. Size S still has the Nasty Gal dress tag on it, XS doesn’t have a tag but was never worn.
