modamecouture @marylunar this item has arm holds. They are loose. The diameter at the smallest part is approx 16" is diameter and the holes land on the forearm as seen on me. This is is loose fitted and you will love love love it! I do also have the hat. It is a fab set!!! Feel free to bundle🌹
