Great smocked dress for any season. This is a dark pink with light pink polka dot fabric. The front of the dress has a smocked placket featuring the whimsical owls. The dress has an attached sash at the waist fit the perfect fit and button back closure. The hem has been removed from this dress because I intended to add a white border to the bottom to extend wear time. However, illness came along and stopped my alterations. Hem can be easily put back by stitching or hem tape.
