Vintage Blue Enamel Bead Dangle Earrings

Stunning approx. 6 in. dangle earrings w/ enamel painted flowers on large glass or metal beads, tiny blue (I think) wooden beads & light blue hanging beads. There are two hanging strands (one is slightly longer than the other) in an antique bronze like finish. There is some minor wear across beads. If anyone knows artist, please comment. I originally thought Lucy Isaacs, but enamel beads are not heart shaped; although she has some round painted beads. Amazing with long or short hair. Statement!
