kisskissvogue @butterflyqueen3 Hi! Absolutely. Laying flat, unstretched it's 15". The waistband has great stretch to it. It stretches to about 18"-19". Hope that helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions! 😊

kisskissvogue @alc030 This dress has a nice length to it. It might actually work for your height. 😊 It measures 32" in the front and 41" in the back. Hope that helps!

kisskissvogue @alc030 Not annoying at all! So the front of the skirt part is open (think wrap dress style) so the skirt is technically open all the way to the top of the skirt. Laying flat, yes the front measures 32“. However it might lay shorter once you have it on and you body fills out the dress. I really hope I explained that clearly. Haha. 🤗
