This is a new item so the price is firm unless bundled due to Posh's 20% commission. cinnamonnsugar @stpauligirl3 Hi Pennie! No problem at all. From the underarm to the cuff it measures 21.5" and from the top of the shoulder to the cuff it is 30.5". It has stretch as well😊.
