@teresaykeller it is about 17” across chest, and is very soft and stretchy knit fabric—could comfortably be 18-19” across. Hope that helps!

I was measuring late last night; re-measured this morning, and it’s actually 20” across chest. My mistake.
Shoulder-to-hem length is 25”
