@ramondonna1956 yes I have a 10. The bottom part of the boot is semi soft. The top is soft and furry inside and you can fold them down if you want.

@chasekat yes they are brand new in the box. When I tried them on with a thin sock I feel they slightly run big. If you wear thick socks then I would say true to size
