kateroseryan @lmontelongo It fits pretty true to size. If you ever plan on wearing anything a sweatshirt or anything underneath I would go with the 10!

kateroseryan @elianabbb hi! The tag just says water resistant finish so it'll have some resistance to it but if you're looking for water proof you'd want to go with something made with rubber. Itll keep you dry in a light shower but in a down poor it's not gonna do much good! Hope that helps!! 🙂
