@swanmoma34 ,Hello ,It depends if you’re busty or hippy.....Im between a 22/24 also..and I opted for the 3X because I layer in the winter months and I’m more hippy than busty...I hope I helped answer your question somewhat...I measured them flat ,so just double the measurements and see which best suits you..they have stretch so no worries there!
