lisathewes @char23and Hey char I lost so much weight now,I weigh 130 and wearing so med. Tops and 6 in jeaggins..it started off when I met u I was losing back then I bought my 1st pair of jeaggins from u kensie size 14..now I am down to 6 now so. This little jacket type in size small fo u think this would fit without it being too tight or do these run big?? I mean I can see it will always give a lose fitting look.lmk

lisathewes @char23and Oh ok Yea I really lost all that..from when I met u till now..lost 100 lbs..so wow..I was 230 I am 130 now so actually recently was down to,127 and that's perfect for me BC I don't wanna go over 130 in anyway so 127 gives me 3lbs to work with..I know it's crazy that I have myself figured out that well..but this is when I feel my best this tiny..and I love it..

char23and @lisathewes Good for you Lisa!!! How did you manage to lose that much so quickly if you don’t mind me asking? I’ve been doing keto since the beginning of July and lost 15 pounds so far, can’t imagine losing 100 like you though...bravo 👏🏼! I bet you do look like a ballerina too 😍!!!

lisathewes @char23and I remember telling u way back I was on a diet called chyrothin I eat 4oz portions of chicken 4oz veggie 4 fruit..I took drops through this process the drops helps target the fat in your body so when u r on this diet when I lose u lose the fat not muscle..so that's why I know my fat content in my bait is lean..this worked perfectly for me

lisathewes Just take these drops every 6 hrs..so when I finally hit 130 is was getting harder to lose because the drops target the fat and it was harder for me to lose BC my fat was lean so..this low calorie intake that I was taking in is far less than the average women should b eating per day..so that's the kep..I eat no sugars very healthy but now that I lost all this weight I can have some deserts that I like and chocolate and icecream..so it worked for me..
