lalunablu @wendyshapi I’m 5” and 113lbs and it’s a big large on me. 18” is laid flat so you would double that😊. I can make sure by remeasuring when I get home👍🏼

lalunablu @wendyshapi I’m not sure what the size is that’s pictured sorry. I usually wear an XS and this is bigger on me when I try it on. I think by the picture it’s meant to be a little loose. Hope that helps!
