Buying and re-selling for a profit is literally the definition of reselling/flipping and the entire purpose behind retail itself. As for being offended by someone re-selling from your closet...who cares? As long as I get paid what difference does it make to me what a buyer does with an item I sold them?? @mlb1006 oh my.There is a specific guide in how to approach something you don’t like, e.g a retail price. Like “hi honey, is this a special edition or sold out item? Why is at same or higher price than store?” Sellers here have the liberty of putting prices. If you don’t like prices don’t shop. People also need to understand that when in a state is a hot sale, in other couldn’t be. So sales on stores will be different. Well Hope who is reading me got the point.

So, I used to work with federal laws, rules & regulations (in another life). Looked up Posh Policy on Harrassment. They have zero tolerance policy. I screened shot all so_glam’s mssgs sent them in an email and asked them to ENFORCE their policy. I encourage others to do the same. @mlb1006

•I emailed PM Support directly.

•I gave them my username (and my full name), Anna’s username, and the harasser’s username.
•I took screenshots of the Listing Cover Photo, the Listing Title section, and then the Comments under them; and attached them to the email.

•I detailed how defamatory these Comments were, and on top of that, also how emotionally disturbing they were and why.
•I stated that there was a throng of Poshers here backing her up and that we had all reported these Comments all day multiple times.
•And asked them to please help me understand why they’d not been removed. I didn’t demand. That’s not the way. I pled with them for help. I was in tears over it while I was typing to be straight up.

@rosebisou5 same here. It bothered me all day. It got me so down. I didn’t even want to posh!! After I emailed, I felt so much better. If someone isn’t treated right, I will always speak up. I dealt with laws, policies, etc. in my career. They are put in place for a reason. I did demand them to ENFORCE their own policy. You are so much sweeter than me. 😊 I was a ‘lil angry. So with my PFF's prayers & a lil more sleep i will come back stronger. We are heading to the cemetery this weekend. I bought a beautiful solar Dragon fly garden stake that is really awesome. Sydney loved dragonflies.😘

Amanda, I know the idea is well meant; but Anna CANNOT put anything like that Zero Tolerance signage up in her Closet. It could very well be removed by PM and be grounds for the whole fiasco being dismissed. She cannot show any form of retaliation. Her putting that up as some form of protest in her Closet would be inappropriate at this time especially.

@annasposhalley It’s because this listing was a Multiple Quantity Listing with a •SOLD ITEM• out of that quantity. Any sold items can’t be deleted. And it’s attached to this Listing. That’s actually why I *usually* don’t do multiple quantities of my listings. I will do 10 of the same item sep. if I must.

@annasposhalley regarding the tag team that i have, if you’re on my list, you may get notified again by me or by them (whoever notifies you first, you might get a second notification by one of us). I also am on a few lists, that way if someone misses one which happens sometimes, then I get notified by someone else, so it all works out 💕So, it’s up to you! I didnt get out of bed or speak words for months, when i did it was baby steps, last fall i decided to try to do some holiday shopping & found posh which was different, it felt very loving & safe. I continued to xmas shop & started get out of control for my daughter. i cldnt stop buying her everything i saw that she would love. My hubby took away the credit cards

@katewaz And i didnt have the heart to return the items so i started my posh closet. I was overwhelmed in the best way with love & friendships that helped me get out of bed & come to posh everyday & work. It is amazing here & i love it. Jan 1st was 1 year, first holidays, etc. she was 21 yrs old, beautiful funny, worked 3 jobs to get her fiance thru fire academy. she was driving home from work that evening when a drugged driver ran thru a red light on a main highway doing 65.

@katewaz it was around the corner form our house, we heard all sirens, helicopters the lights flashing, we went outside with all of our neighbors, couldnt see it, the streets were blocked off, so we said a prayer & went back inside. the coroners sheriff knocked on our door in the middle of the night & we found out it was her. i dont remember a lot after that but nightmares & pain consumed me. our other kids & grandkids devastation is also unbearable.
