Deletta Tea & Sweets White Eyelet Pleated Dress

Note, there is a tiny fray in the ribbon at the side. Nothing major but I like to mention everything. Please see photo where I am pointing. Eyelet at top. Lined at top part. Bottom is pleated. Zips up back. Ties behind neck . Bottom has cream floral print. Ribbon and silky flower detail at waistband. Raw edge at bottom. There is no materials tag however the description of this dress states it has cotton top and bottom is poly/rayon.
