Short cotton (?) topper/jacket, S or M

There are no fabric tags but I think this is 100% cotton poplin. Three large pearlized buttons for closure or leave it open for a more casual look Back is slightly gathered at the yoke, long cuffs at wrist can be turned up or worn down. Topstitch detailing at cuffs and collar., hidden front pockets. Topper would look great buttoned up w/ black or print cropped pants and chunky high heeled peep toes. Neutral color will go with just about anything! Add some fun pins at the collar!
