I know the ankle version is called Lina but the knee version probably has a different name (there’s a member that knows all the styles & she used to be on posh but she isn’t anymore so I can’t tag her here for ID). I didn’t want to use your photo w/out permission though.

@swayandcake we didn’t receive an “official” ID from someone that has them but another TPFer/posher said that a pair sold on another app w/ the original box advertising same stylename Lina. No pic of the box but assuming the listing used the stylename on the box, these are Lina (just much more rare than the ankle version version based upon search results!)
