jazzyval29 @wtalsma Well, what posh does is they will accept the case you opened, refund you your money and give you a label to return the brushes. Once that’s done, you can repurchase the brushes & I will get the shipping label for you and be able to ship them out. Btw, please keep the gift I sent you. 😊 Let me know if my explanation makes sense or you have any questions.
