gulperi4 @adline116 I am so glad you asked! I wear mine over my regular bra and underneath a v-neck or scoop neck shirt. It is almost instead of a necklace. I find for this one, the easiest way to put in on is to clasp the clasp, pull it over my head, put my arms through (like putting on a regular bra) then pulling the neckpiece over my head. Done!
