The back strap does tighten the boot right? And I just want to confirm they are the “rain” boot not the lined “winter” boot correct?

@xxangiemariexx Hi - The strap allows for making the calf wider or narrower. The pics I took shows the calf area expanded. And yes, these are rain boots - not lined winter boots. Thanks for your interest.
