Cynthia by Cynthia Steffe floral dress with gold button details. Brand new with tags. There are a few yellow stains shown in the photos. I have not tried to dry clean this since the tags are still on it. One is on the skirt but somewhat covered when the pleat detail is not pulled up. One is tiny on the back collar area. One is on the bow so you would not see it while tied. Bought from Bloomingdales and never worn. Size 6. Perfect for spring and summer events.
