macharles @stephenepayne Hi Stephene, a sx 2xl would fit 16/18 but I suggest you look at the armpit measurement to ensure a good fit. Unfortunately I don't have any shorts like pictured.

macharles @stephenepayne Stephene, 2xl should fit 16/18. This item has no stretch so please consider that factor when deciding on the best fit. You can also use the measurements provided in the description. I'm not clear on Torrid sizing so it may be difficult to compare the both styles. This item is true to size.
