anissa_casey @mom2seven402 Hi. Thank you for the welcome. Webb City is in the Southwest corner of the state. Osage is gorgeous, but I would suggest you look in the Branson/Kimberling City area if you prefer lake property. We have a place on Tablerock, too. But SW Missouri is beautiful.

anissa_casey @pmelissa679 Oh yes, I've done that myself...gotten carried away marking things down. everyone is different, if you need quick sales, list them right away at the price you need and tell people that. most will try to talk you down, but be honest with them and say "I appreciate the offer, however I price my items at my rock bottom prices to move them quickly...so price is firm." Most will still buy if they really want it. Good luck and thank you again.
