twangboutique @angelarose99 It’s hard to measure because the elastic in the fabric only laying flat with the neck is stretched so when the shirt itself is laying flat the fabric is ruffled and it measures approximately 18 inches from armpit to armpit but and it’s normal wear when the elastic up top is stretched it measures about 23 inches
