glitter_monkey @kate_reiss No, the bottom strap has a clasp closure and is not adjustable. That is the measurement for the top I sent earlier.

glitter_monkey @kate_reiss you can see the clasp back closure for the band in the last picture I just posted. Let me know if I can take any additional measurements. It will stretch a bit due to the fabric type.
