@ladythurmanaka A 31 has a 33” waist. However I generally think going from a women’s size to convert to a junior size, I would recommend going up for a proper fit. The 33” waist is a 15 which would fit a women’s 14. Unfortunately, I do not have a 17 which would be the best junior size to match a women’s size 16.
