@lynguyen1795 I’m so sorry I did measure the L’s which measured 16.5” across the waist. They do have a bit of an elasticized waist in the back. It’s up to you-I wear about an 8 & picked out a L as I don’t like my sleep wear , especially shorts to be too tight. But if you’d rather have the S, it’s totally up to you.
